Vision of the Ministry

“Portadores de Su Gloria” or “Carriers of His Glory” is an evangelistic ministry which has as its goal reaching Mexico and other Latin American countries with the Gospel of the Kingdom. Jerry and Carla Mansee and the three young men who live and work with them —Raúl Lira, Luis Fernando Bueno and Misael Morales, have traveled all over Mexico doing evangelistic campaigns, outreaches and seminars. How do you impact a nation? One person at a time! God is using this unique team with their various giftings and talents to reach the lost and to train workers for the harvest. We believe that God wants to make every Christian a “Carrier of His Glory.” Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Jesus called us to be the light of this world. It is in carrying His glory and sharing His Good News message that we accomplish this goal.

“Portadores de Su Gloria” is mission-based ministry. We are missionaries – not just to Mexico. We are called to the nations. Over twenty percent of our annual budget is spent in supporting missions and missionaries. Listed below are some of the missions and ministries that we support on a regular basis:

In addition, Jerry and Carla have nearly thirty years of experience in working with American groups in Mexico. They and their team are actively involved in full-time mission work in Mexico and live in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, where they are reaching lost souls by their work with medical and dental missions, evangelistic campaigns, prison ministry and home cell groups. They are also training leaders through Palabra de Vida Bible institute and through pastoral conferences.
